About Noho

NoHo, which is the common name for the area north of Houston Street, is a neighborhood in the New York City borough of Manhattan. NoHo is known for its abundance of loft apartments, which in turn makes it one of the most expensive and desirable neighborhoods in Manhattan. NoHo has been declared a 125-building historic district by the Landmarks Preservation Commission. Situated a short walk from Washington Square Park, and centrally between both the East River and the Hudson River, there is always somewhere nearby to escape to.
